And once all cards are dealt, the players will take their turns first before the banker. During their turns, they can either stand or draw a third card. 

The players and the banker have to act according to specific rules associated with their hand totals. Players have to stand if their first two cards total 6, 7, or 8, and draw a card if their total is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. 

Meanwhile, the rules for the banker’s hand are quite complicated:

the total of their first two cards is 7

their hand totals 3, and the player’s third card is an 8

their hand totals 4, and the player’s third card is 1, 8, 9, or 10

their hand totals 5, and the player’s third card is 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, or 10

their hand totals 6, and the player’s third card is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, or 10

The banker draws a third card if…

Their first two cards total 0, 1, or 2

Their hand totals 3, and the player’s third card is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, or 10

Their hand totals 4, and the player’s third card is 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7

Their hand totals 5, and the player’s third card is 4, 5, 6, or 7

Their hand totals 6, and the player’s third card is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, or 10
